Building Maintenance/Operations Team Leader, 2007 to present - Supervise a staff of Electricians, HVAC Technicians, Plumber and General Maintenance Technicians. Responsible for electrical systems including UPS and generators, all HVAC systems including manufacturing process equipment, Plumbing - including cross connection and RO and DI water systems. Served as Administrative Star Point – duties include: Verifying Time & Attendance for hourly employees, paying invoices by check requests or purchase requisitions. Responsible for charges and reconciling the Building Maintenance procurement card.
