Designed, developed and managed the launch of the first in-home HIV test kit for a start up division of Johnson and Johnson.

Coordinated activities between the J & J internal departments of Marketing, Regulatory, QA, Manufacturing and IT with the United States Postal Service and the FDA to ensure the safe, timely and user-friendly method of shipping the HIV Test Kit blood samples from the home to the processing lab.
