Responsible for the evaluation of new material, jigs, tools, machine and new method that will be applied in the production line.

Prepare and send 4M change approval form to the customer for the changes that will be applied on the product.

Assist Production Engineer for the root cause analysis and countermeasure needed on customer corrective action report.
Monthly preparation and presentation of the group activity and quality status.
Processing and Monitoring of all Assembly Jigs and tools for fabrication and modification.
Communicate with the local supplier for the discussion and follow up the delivery status of the new jigs and tools for fabrication or modification.
Can handle the maintenance group and do the actual maintenance and repairing of jigs, tools and equipment.
