To fully oversee & payment/receipt monitoring on day-to-day operation workflow from all payment collected in CASH, Credit Card, Chq & Post Dated Chq to be key in all principal system with full correctness & in timely manner. So that all the outstanding on Accounts Receivables can be fully reconcile in the system & against the respective mthly Bank statement so that in order to minimize the Unknown Deposits.

To Audit trail on all daily Receipting in system from all various payment source collected. ie. CASH, Credit Card, Chq & Post Dated Chq to be key into the system.

To evaluate and approve of credit applications in accordance with Company’s credit management policy with minimum credit risk exposure. Ensure proper documentation is maintained. Credit preview on all credit applications based on the individual Co. financial reports, latest Audited Reports, Form 49, Co. profile, P&L statement, Balance Sheet statement, Cash-Flow statement, 3 months consecutive Bank statement etc.

To work closely with Senior Account Managers pertaining to the credit control function by constantly review and improve the order release process to ensure an effective and efficient credit process flow.

To review and assist in sales order release on all those credit block customers on daily basis.

Conduct monthly credit preview and risk assessment meetings with all Account Managers and Management to understand and limit company’s credit risk exposure via specific action plans as agreed upon at those sessions by thoroughly run through the monthly Aging Reports in details.

To facilitate and prepare credit card collection report on monthly basis as forecast with above 70% MDR ratio as to charge back those customer who over swipe their credit cards.

Closely liaise with Company’s solicitors on legal matters pertaining to the prompt recovery of delinquent accounts. Maintain legal files and updates legal status accordingly. Keep track of outstanding cases and follow-up. And liaising with 3rd party debt collector.

Review and monitor credit exposure at entity and group level by implement 6 mths credit review on those inactive accounts.

Closely monitor and oversee those credit customer with various bank facilities, ie. BG, BA, LC on the renewal process in lieu of expiry date.

**My biggest Achievement for this job is I able to meet my mthly KPI target & bring down the
