Business Analyst/ Information Technology
Define and document customer business functions and processes.
Consult with functional unit management and personnel to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements.

Technical Manager/Program Management
Responsible for the delivery/deployment of custom Enterprise Content Management Solutions. Solutions consisted of Oracle Imaging and Process Management, and Kofax Document Capture applications. Custom applications were developed on a Windows .Net platform.
Responsible for performing on-site customer assessments, and determine the overall project scope and high level requirements deliverables. Developed customer As-Is and proposed solution documentation to support project proposal deliverables.
Project management. Responsible for the daily activities of the project from requirements definition to production deployment. Duties included project work-plan development, management. Allocation of resources including hardware, software, and technical resources.
Delivery Management. Responsible for hardware and software deliverables.
Schedule Customer documentation deliverables, and training coordination.
Managed post Deployment support, tracking trouble tickets and support issues.
IT Specialist
Responsible for the distribution and maintenance of all technology in the school.
Provide support to staff and students with troubleshooting technical issues on a daily basis. Responsible for computer imaging, software upgrades and decommissioning older technology to the county for surplus.
Responsible for maintaining 15 plus computer labs, ensuring that the labs are updated and in working condition, reducing or keeping downtime to a minimum.
Provide school website administration, support and maintenance. This includes website design and development and support to school personnel with instruction on the use of SharePoint as pertains to web design and maintenance.
Successfully rolled out Safari Montage for use by educators and administrators to use in the classroom. Through the use of Safari Montage, NSCHS is now able to perform live broadcast of events and morning announcements via IPad, and conventional camera equipment.
Established a computer refurbishment program where we get students and teachers involved with taking old desktop computers and setting up additional computer labs for students to utilize. This resulted in the JROTC lab being established and maintained by that department. Total of 36 computers.
Technology Instructor/Trainer
Provide individual support and training to teachers and staff on various software applications that can be implemented in there environments to make their jobs as educators and administrators more efficient.
Established the Tri Cities computer club which allowed interested students to participate in building, troubleshooting, and restoring broken or donated computer systems.
Co-wrote and partnered with a local nonprofit organization to win a mini grant for providing Latino/Hispanic students computer instructional training. This will be done with the assistance of Tri Cities computer club members providing peer instructions to elementary and middle school students.
Established Computer Science Summer Camp Program for Middle School students. This lead to a community computer learning center with in partnership with the City of East Point Department of Parks and Recreation.

SharePoint /Network Administration
Responsible for establishment of custom MS Project Server Web Portal and SharePoint Servers dashboards, which included custom page, views for resource managers, project team members, and Executive reporting requirements.
