Manage projects and lead the implementation of products from prototype to production, mainly applied on cutting tools, precision components, automotive parts, and forming tools.

On-site meetings with customers, interact with technical counterparts to provide solutions, and make sure the requirements are understood and implemented.

Analyze failure data for PVD/CVD coatings, and write report for quality issues and customer complaints, including coating structure analysis (by SEM, EDS, microscope, GFM), thickness test (by XRF, FTIR, CALO), adhesion and hardness test, roughness test, and tungsten carbide analysis.

Develop standards for inspection/testing; create control plan, PFMEA, process flow chart; and report monthly KPI. Research Assistant Center for High-Rate Nanomanufacturing (CHN); UNH, Durham, NH 05/2011 – 03/2014

Designed and synthesized nanostructured p/n-type semiconductor materials for the applications of thin films, solar cells (organic photovoltaics) and OLEDs.

Analyzed chemical properties of semiconductor materials by NMR, UV-vis, MALDI-MS, and FTIR.

Fabricated ITO and semiconductor wafers, characterized surface properties by SEM, and tested electrical circuit.

Analyzed failure data to find the root cause, to improve the process stability, efficiency and performance. Teaching Assistant UNH, Durham, NH 09/2010 06/2012

Delivered lectures for and supervised General Chemistry Laboratories.
