Monitored and posted all monies into ledgers, check register and billing summary on an ongoing basis. Balanced OYS check book and ledger accounts. Uploaded monthly reports to the DCS (Department of Children Services) ‘Kidtracks’ web portal. Filtered spreadsheets to avoid expiration of referrals, track missing paperwork and due dates.
