Lead the technical initiative to design, develop and implement desktop email capture for brokerage employees’ email following SEC Rule 17a-4 (email compliance). Worked extensively with corporate compliance officers to assess, and evaluate enterprise solutions for corporate email archiving.

Lead team of messaging specialists in implementation of cc:Mail worldwide for the AB corporation. Personally designed and implemented cc:Mail post offices and routers in St. Louis, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Wuhan (PRC), and London. Lead team in design, and deployment of MS Mail email network and later integration of same with cc:Mail network. Lead team in design, and deployment of Exchange 4.0 infrastructure and integration with MS Mail and cc:Mail networks. Developed application to monitor cc:Mail network (using Visual Basic for DOS and VIM), tool to enable users to back up their Organizer file to corporate network (using C++ and VIM), tool to monitor and manage the MS Mail directory synchronization (T1, T3) timing sequences (C++ and Windows SDK).
