Achieved numerous promotions throughout a 16-year career with the largest extended stay hotel company in the U.S. and Canada.

District Manager

Managed daily operations of five hotels in the Richmond area and resulted in a positive RevPAR in my district of non-renovated properties for seven years consistently.

Recruited, monitored performance and built incentive programs for over 80 employees while decreasing turnover by over 60% in 2014.
