MTECH Projects:

Project 1: Modeling and Simulation of 3D Mosfet Using TCAD Software..

Project description: In this project the ability of this device to overcome the short channel and hot carrier effects. The surface potential, electric field and the electron temperatures in the channel region has been taken to assess the device performance. It has been found that this device is capable of overcoming effectively the short channel and hot carrier effects.

Project 2: Modeling and Simulation of FinFets Using TCAD Software.

Project description: FinFET technology has been proposed as a promising alternative for deep sub-micron level bulk CMOS technology, because of its better scalability. FinFETs have better performance or more power advantages over bulk CMOS circuits. FinFET technology development guidelines for enhancing the on-current, suppressing the leakage currents, and weakening the sensitivity to parameter variations are provided.

Roles and responsibilities:

Modeling and Simulation for the above projects.

Environment – Mat lab for Measuring Characteristics.

Responsibilities:

Used the advanced Modeling and Simulation techniques to enhance the quality as per the project needs.

Understand different kind of Safety Category used in Electronics Device Circuits.

BTECH Project:

Title: Intelligent Train Engine for Object Detection and Track Failure System.

Project description: In this project the object sensor will placed on the train engine and this sensor will detect when any object (Human, animal and Etc.,) are mound on the track and The same unit will have a track failure system also but this system will have the attachment with the track if any track is broken or failure it will sense and the train will stop automatically.

Conferences and Certificate:

Done extensive research in “Modeling and Simulation of FinFets Using TCAD Software” presented this paper in 3rd international Science Engineering and Technology held in V.I.T University.

Certificate in NanoElectronics online course from Purdue University under the guidance of Supriyo Dutta.
