Fitted the LDA (Latent Dirichlet Allocation) model to the words in several documents (corpus) to obtain the most likely topics in the document with R, SAS and Python.

Simulated data and applied GAW18 data to evaluate the power of the Hotelling T2 and the Combined Multivariate and Collapsing (CMC) method with R and to show that the CMC method is powerful and robust in analyzing rare variance.
