Design & revise cable trays, conduit, P&IDs, BOM’s, equipment arrangement, single line runs, schematics, & wiring diagrams for industrial plants, refineries, mills, etc. in their Pittsburgh & other company offices with efficiency, precision, & accuracy. Recognized as ‘Contractor of the Month’ for the month of July/2014 by Oxford Solutions for my consistent excellent performance and attendance.

Senior Design Drafter, Siemens Industry, Inc., New Kensington, PA 5/2011 to 9/2012

Designed, laidout, & documented large drives controlling medium voltage to pumps & rotating equipment, while coordinating the construction of the drives’ cabinets & components with engineers, project managers, & production staff.

Product/Process/BOM Documentation maintained using the TeamCenter Product Lifetime Management (ERP/SAP) system.

Conceptual & sustaining design work was accomplished using 3D solid CAD models to develop prototypes for testing & evaluation. The designs included weldments of channels & structural angles, plastic injection-molded parts, sheet metal stamping, & aluminum extrusions.

Developed device/cabinet layout & wiring standards to increase efficiency in documentation & production.
