Director's Office, Department of Inspection & Code Enforcement, Jefferson Parish Government, Jefferson, Louisiana. Work includes: Managing databases of Permit Tracker, Violations & Complaints (both on Oracle), Inspectors, and Customer Tracking (Both on SQL Server) as well as developing software applications for those databases; Also monitoring GIS operator’s work, and the daily maintenance of the IT equipments in two departments: Code Enforcement and Property Maintenance/Zoning; as well as training the inspectors how to use computer, application software packages and electronical devices.
