Development of HLPC methods for the API’s, key starting materials, Genotoxic Impurities.

Partial validation of developed method and using it for routine analysis

Development of Chiral methods for separation of enaniomers and applying it for routine analysis.

Method transfer activities and project management activities

Analysing the problems related to routine analytical issues and making methods to solve

Conducting Forced degradation studies for API’s, Identification and associating in characterisation of unknown impurities

Performing IR analysis and UV analysis, and interpretations

Calibration of HPLC and IR Spectroscopy -instruments

Calibration of pH meter and Weighing balance

Development of titration methods for KSM’s and API

Performing specific optical rotation for API’s

Performing Loss on drying analysis and designing of methods for LOD for NCE’s and FTF molecules

Associating in designing of Specifications for known and unknown impurities as per ICH guidelines

Associating in designing of Specification of LOD and Moisture limits for FTF molecules

Preparation of Method of analysis for molecules
