Superintendent/John Moriarty and Associates 2014 to Present - Supervised employees and subcontractors from the ground up on the construction of 55 story commercial and residential building. Coordinated and led weekly meetings with all subcontractors to ensure all deadlines were met. Communicated and ensured all facets of the job were completed & inspected as scheduled.

Superintendent/Kaufman Lynn Construction 2012 to 2014 – Supervised the construction of three job sites. Supervised subcontractors, prepared for city inspections, led meetings. Ensured that safety compliances were fulfilled according to OSHA regulations.

Superintendent/Arkest General Construction 2009 to 2012- Responsible for the construction of a child care center with specific requirements oriented towards the care of children and environmentally friendly construction methods and features. Coordinated and led weekly meetings with all subcontractors to ensure all deadlines were met. Communicated and ensured all facets of the job were completed & inspected as scheduled.
