Migration strategy to move voice/video and internet from old legacy core (ATM) to the new core (Optical, IP) allowing multiple site expansions.

Work with Alternate Access Vendors for Ethernet Circuit Delivery which includes RFC2544 & Y.1731 tests. Integration of backhaul for new LTE (4G) sites and configuring and troubleshooting of connectivity issues in existing sites. Testing the end to end circuit and certifying the broadband circuit as good on Iperf and Spirent test Beds for Bandwidth, Packet Loss, Jitter and Latency. Monitoring & analyzing the network traffic for dropped packets, congestion and resolving the issues.
