As part of the Finite Element Analyses course, conducted a stress analysis on a self-designed Lower Control Arm of a Suspension System of an All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) using ANSYS Workbench.
•Intervention in the Work Process of a Site-to-Store Employee at Walmart #3725, Fall 2015
Conducted a Method Study of the work practices involved and redesigned the work procedure so as to reduce the mental and physical workloads of the S2S associates. The new work procedure suggested would also help in better and faster customer service, thus increasing customer satisfaction.
•Product Performance Forecasting for Walmart Store #3725, Summer 2015 Analyzed the weekly sales data for 3 products and found the most suitable forecasting method for each product.
•Position Control of a Closed Loop DC Motor (UIC), Spring 2015 Controlled the position of a DC motor using a position feedback sensor and PWM output signal in conjunction with an H-bridge amplifier circuit. A self-designed encoder was used for position feedback.
•Design and Analysis of a Wobble Plate Engine (UIC), Fall 2014
As part of the Computer Aided Designing course, designed and analyzed a Wobble Plate Engine using SolidWorks.
•Design and Fabrication of a Differential Mechanism (Hindustan University), Fall 2013
Designed and fabricated a differential mechanism. Demonstrated the distribution of different speeds, thus allowing the gear shafts to rotate at different speeds while being given the same power via the crown.
