Duties and responsibilities which includes the following tasks: Building Maintenance System, Electrical power tender, Monitor and operate power and lighting system, motors operation as per schedule( Building automation system ). Troubleshoot, install, examine, and repair any defective electrical components. Test equipment and components for current, voltage, continuity and it’s control system. Test and check control and power circuits of the motor. Replace fuses, breakers, switches, plugs, relays, and timers.

Monitor, troubleshoots and operate standby generating units ( 3 – units of 2 megawatts each syncronized unit, equipt with plant exerciser device-Diesel Caterpillar Generator). Monitor, troubleshoot, and operate Chillers for Aircondtioning Plant ( 3 – units of 700TR & 2-units of 350TR each – Trane). Monitor and troubleshoot motor operations such as AHU, FCU, FANS ( fresh air, ventilation, exchaust, and smoke extractor system ), PUMPS ( fire, jockey,sump pump,booster).

Conduct annual shutdown and maintenance work, diagnose and conduct megger testing and operation for motors, feeders, and transformers. Installed and modified piping and wiring lay-out for the new equipment as per design and specifications. Always perform the logbook system as per company standard operating procedures.
