As Sr. QA analyst, I was assigned as part of the testing team for Carnival Cruise Lines, this project was an E-commerce website that was divided in Scrum teams.

● Helped the Razorfish West Coast team in the full redesign of the KIA website both onsite and offshore.

As Lead for VML QA team in Bogotá, Colombia I worked for many important clients such as Hershey's, HNTB, DuPont-Pioneer, Dell, Microsoft, Kellogg's, Western Union, Nextel, Gatorade, Ford, Colgate, Hills, amongst others.
My tasks included assigning work between the team, training new hires, evaluating and providing feedback on the performance of my team members, performing tests on some of the most difficult or sensitive projects, writing testing documentation, keeping track of testing metrics, helping keep company processes updated, interviewing candidates, and attending meetings with our clients and stockholders.
