ACCOMPLISHMENTS
I became the on-site designer (expert) in the implementation of HALT testing at OKC Seagate Technology. Test philosophy was subsequently implemented to other departments/sites within the company.
Third member of Seagate Technology OKC division selected for “Core Team” Quality/Reliability Department leadership representation for new product qualification/test/far east transfer/volume production.
Developed and implemented common qualification reporting scheme for Seagate Product Assurance across three separate sites (test status, issues, and corrective actions).
Through my documented procedures, I was able to reduce Escient repair turnaround time from seven days to one.
Implemented all field reporting schemes for Escient regarding product returns, failure rates, failure trends, etc.
As an employee of Seagate Technology, was a member of their internal ISO9000 audit team which conducted monthly audits.
Complete site build up for Seagate reconfiguration center to production.
Developed site specific SOP/WI’s for worldwide reconfiguration centers.
