Key responsibilities:
o Monitors all activities of daily maintenance and implementation of preventive maintenance schedule on time and keep records
o Analyzes the Annual maintenance contracts of the service provider as per the guidelines laid by the manufacturer
oReview As built drawings and advises management on acceptance of new building and follows ups in order to resolve issues / concerns relating to MEP and other civil works
oEnsure construction progress as per scheduled and contract specification are adhered
o Inspection of construction site daily and monitor contractors works is up to the specified standard work practices, and safety standards are in place and adhered to as per SOP

o Managing the Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm contract and implement the preventive maintenance schedule and doing the evacuation exercise for the awareness of the tenants.
oManages and evaluates service provider’s operation performance, using contractual key performance indicators and agreed upon service level agreements.
o Plans, organizes, implements and control work procedures, schedules and maintenance programs to be followed by department various FM team and ensure each plan is delivered as targeted and established standards are met.
o Managing the Facilities of a large real estate having G+5P+20 stories towers, G+1 Villas, Warehouses and buildings
o Ensure the safe working practices are implemented and monitored regularly review the risk assessment regularly to the safety and security of the tenants and the end users
