•Coordinates appropriate consideration of safety requirements with contracts, engineering, and construction personnel as assigned.
•Conducting accident/incident investigations & Prepare report.
•Check Job Hazard Analysis & Job Safety Analysis preparation, Risk Assessment and Method Statement submitted by contractor.
Conducting regular meetings for workers and
Planning for all rigging activities and to ensure proper rigging is made.
•Inspecting all the tools and tackles regularly and allowing only certified tools and tackles to use in site.
•Responsible for all sorts of work permit like height work, hot/cold work and confined space.
•Verifying all the personnel protective equipments regularly.
•Thoroughly responsible to make the site as a “Zero accident” site.
•Responsible for the safety of workers, environment and machineries.
•Inspecting and taking decision whether to work after any unfavorable condition.
•Engineers and explaining them how safe the work can be done.
•Conducting mock drills and fire fighting drills to make workers and engineers to save themselves during emergency.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Sriram Engineering College, Tiruvallur, Anna University, 2009 - 2013.
P.G Diploma in Fire and Safety engineering from Bharat sevak samaj.
Technical Exposure:
I have completed training International General Certificate (IGC) from NEBOSH.
I have completed IOSH certification from British safety council.
Underwent fire and safety training in fire station for ten days.
I have completed Industrial and fire safety management in MSME.
I have completed first aid training.
