Designed and developed packages, models, IQDs and query subjects in Framework Manager.

•Defined data requirements, developed data validation procedures, performed gap analysis and analyzed business rules for data warehouse reporting.

•Developed Provider Utilization Cognos report package to automate credentialing, recredentialing and identify possible fraudulent claims of providers via filed claims outliers. Automation allowed reduction of two full time resources.

Developed Impromptu and ReportNet reports and PowerPlay cubes and reports using Cognos Series 7 applications.

Conducted training for Power Users and web users. Trained personnel on PowerPlay client/web, IWR, Report and Query Studio and Impromptu client.

Developed 250 date prompted, scheduled and web enabled hotel cost reports by region, state and city. Reports generated monthly income from the hotels to access this sales data.
