Directed a growing three department, 50 person organizations which developed highly sophisticated custom communications products used to facilitate the flow of pertinent order and financial information between the automobile manufacturer and their dealerships. Accountable for financial management of an operating budget in excess of $2.5 million and a capital equipment budget of $350K. In addition tracked all computer industry standards and provided 5 year technology forecasts, supplied major account marketing and sales support.
