EXPERIENCE

United States Air Force 2008 - 2015

Journeyman SrA, Scheduling and Maintenance Planning Specialist - Moody AFB (2009 – Present)

Supervised and evaluated six Airmen annually.

Developed maintenance plans on 10 aircraft for overseas operations in less than three weeks. The planning included scheduling 150+ Special Inspections, 40+ Time Change Items and 20+ Time Compliance Technical Orders. Achieved 100% on time operational readiness and completed the planning under budget.

Lowered configuration errors 20% by identifying redundancies while training 15 Airmen on Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS) component installs and removals.

Coached and mentored 16 Airmen through the Airman Leadership School. All Airmen achieved a pass rating.

Developed Time Change Items and Special Inspections maintenance trends utilizing the Maintenance Scheduling Application Tool (MSAT). The trends were evaluated and documented within IMDS monthly. Additionally, the trend data was used to improve training.

Analyst Coordinator - Moody AFB, Engine Management Program (2008 – 2009)

Trained on the scheduling of routine and unscheduled inspections, repairs, maintenance, trouble shooting and servicing on tactical aircraft using IMDS and MSAT.
