Quality Assurance Analyst/Instant Issue Lead

Responsible for testing Miser 15.1, 15.2, and Instant Issue ensuring all the software /applications operate as they should. I work as lead when testing Instant Issue. I was able to shorten the testing time by learning how our vendor tests. While working with our third party vendors to I was responsible to validate the software/applications operate at one hundred percent. Test Plans, test cases and test scripts were created through MTM. All defects are reported though TFS notifying business and management.

I was responsible for testing and training new functionality, and regression scripts within the mortgage industry using the Mainframe. I created all the data used for testing by using the business requirements, use cases and other Microsoft documents. I developed a way for employees to create their own data using Mainframe through SharePoint. As a result of me creating the data it saved us time and money. I developed Test Suites, Test Cases, and Test Scripts and then executed them through RQM. Defects reported through TFS. I was the Senior Admin for Mainframe and managed 3 MSP test clients. I trained employees including our overseas team on how MSP works and how it interacts with the Claims Workspace application. Attended daily team and business requirement meetings. Waterfall and Agile methods were used.
