ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Central Polymer Facilities(CPF) Project

World largest (80000BPD) Polymer Injection commissioning and Pre-commissioning.

Safely Start-up &commissioning 1st EOR plant as planning date with follow proper PTW system.

Make a plan for Plan Start-up and commissioning as per HAZAP and SIL study.

Reviewed the Dossier prepared for RFSU walk down, Start-up and Handover activities.

Carries out a detailed assessment of the work involved in the individual group as well as discipline with respect to the commissioning and assess the available resources and possible constraints in the execution of the same.

Co-ordination for completion certificate with the commissioning team.

Prepared Pre-Comm. & Commissioning procedure and Process markup for systems and get it approved by operation & performed the same in site.

Making System, Subsystem & Test Pack Markup as per piping and instrumentation diagram (P&ID).

System identification and scope finalization depends on project requirements.
