The market for printed directories is shrinking, resulting in the closure/consolidationof this division into other Quad/Graphics facilities.
Team Leader / Production Set-Up & Production Operator
Assigned to install a new printing plant at the Mexico City sister plant and lead & train the new employees.

● Accountable for safety, quality, efficiency, productivity and customer-satisfaction. Supervise, train and develop a 4 to 6 person crew. Set up and operate multi-color, high-speed, offset, web, printing presses.
