Current Project – T&T Project for Client Sandviken(Sweden). Migration of servers from their various Data Centers in Sweden & worldwide, to IBM installed Data Centers in Sweden, which is a mix of Linux, Windows, Physical, Virtual, Clusters of various applications using Global Copy/Double Take/ Hybrid Approaches. Completed RFS projects for improvement in Infrastructure and Services. Recently completed Data Center Move project (1000+ servers) and Win2K3 Upgrade Project (1000+ servers) on Sep 30, 2015. Currently handling project of Domino Migration project, expected to be completed by March 2016.
Roles & Responsibility: Involved in planning and Risk Assessment for the weekend relocations. Completing the Lessons Learnt, Issue Register for RCAs and closing each weekend activities. After the successful relocation the servers are transitioned to the Service Delivery teams. Handling all projects from beginning to end using PMI methodology.

IBM India Pvt Ltd:
1- Data center Migration(Sandvik@Sweden): T&T Project for Client Sandviken(Sweden). 3- Win2K3 Upgrade - Currently upgrading Infrastructure & Domino servers OS from Win2K3 to Win2K8 and Win2012, total 1000+ servers at various location in the world comprising Virtual & Physical servers .
HyperQuality India Pvt Ltd:
1- TALON: Project undertaken for Installation, Configuration and Implementation of 2 RSA SecurID Appliances in fail-over mode for 200 US and India users. Budget cost was $85K.
2- US Data Center Upgrade & BES: Upgraded the internal business & service servers and Applications,
addition of more rack space with new Network drops, Implementation of BlackBerry Enterprise server at US
Data Center for anytime anywhere presence which included emails, calendar, contacts, application push, MS
Communicator. Budget cost was $120K.
3- CALA: Project undertaken to transition the in-house developed Quality Application (in PHP on Linux
platform) farms from India Data Center to US Data Center. This included purchase of new Hardware at US Data
Center, installation and configuration, Database movement from India Data Center to US Data Center, Testing
& Monitoring and Cutover.
4- Project CM Support Desk Setup & Transition: Hiring, Training, Templates & Document Guides, Product Knowledge, 1st Level Support, Transition to IT Service Delivery Desk.
5- Project CM Infra: A new Network setup for latest Native version of Quality Application (Dot NET, Java,
Windows, Linux) using Blade servers, SAN Storage, Fiber Channels, F5 Web Security. This included purchase of
Hardware, Installation and Configuration of servers and network, Testing and Production, Transition to Service
Delivery team with proper documentation. Project was completed successfully within budget constraint of
$1M.
6- PCI Audit: Worked with External Auditors and cleared the PCI compliance for our US locations in 2008 &
2011. It covered the Primary Data Center and Office Infrastructure.
7- Client Implementations & Engineering: Implemented 14 clients since 2006 that included various types of connectivity methods - establishing B2B VPNs, Desktop VPNs, Installation & Implementation of In-House Citrix Servers, VMWare Server, T1 Circuits. Process involved performing Scope Baseline, Resource Acquisition, Hiring, Cost Analysis, Risk Assessment, Execution, Testing & Monitoring, Transition to Service Delivery and Closure. From Banking the clients are HSBC & Barclays with a project cost of $130K and $185K respectively.
8- Project IILM: Migration of Internet link from one ISP to another involved working with almost all our clients, Internal Operations team, Vendor Management, Business Continuity and attained an increase in bandwidth at the same cost with better quality.
I have gained tremendous Project Management experience by completing 30+ Projects and Client Implementations while the major Projects and Clients implemented are highlighted above. Also completed the feasibility study of migrating one of the data centers to a new co-location.
