1.Bokaro Steel Plant Joint Venture with Primetal (scanning and pipe and Structure designing of SMS-1)

2.Designing and Inspection of chute in Tata Steels Ltd., Kalinganagar, Orissa, India. (completed)

Analyzing the whole chute manually and preparing the same for scanning.

Processing the scan data from initial phase to final stage i.e. using ZF control- LFM- Geomagic studio- Geomagic control.

Importing the model to Polyworks and then perform inspection as per requirements of TATA STEEL.

Done calculations with the help of TATA design team by using various approaches like DFMEA.

Importing same model to Design X for further modeling and justifying the defects.

Validation of the chute by using different activates like Tolerance stack-up, CFD simulations with the help of TATA STEEL design team.
