Presently working in WinFocus Pvt. Ltd as a Technical Support Engineer, since March 2008 to till date.

Job Description: Working for Information Technology division of WinFocus Pvt. Ltd. Core expertise to monitor and manage servers for Hardware, Network and Operating system related issues. Installation of applications and security patches are as per requirements. Expert in networking, software installation and various day-to-day tasks of existing system.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems and coordinate repairs with repair vendors. Maintain inventory and repair records.

Inspect equipment at least twice weekly to proactively identify and solve problems. Collaborate with users to ensure that computer clusters are functioning efficiently.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hardware, software, networking and security of network news; suggest/recommend improvements; monitor relevant newsgroups and email list. Perform all support and maintenance functions of troubleshoot report.
