Human Resource Generalist June 2012 to Present

Faurecia Interior Systems, Saline, MI

● Created and administered an employee database that tracks employee assignments, transfers and terminations. The database is used throughout the organization as a tool to prepare weekly and monthly reporting to Corporate Headquarters.

● Audited the plants hourly pay rates identifying and correcting over $47,000 in errors

● Streamlined several hourly personnel forms saving the company the costs of printing and acquisition of such forms

Production Supervisor Dec 2008 to June 2012

Automotive Components Holdings, Saline, MI

● Lead Supervisor of the U251/Explorer full content instrument panel line leading 38 hourly employees ensuring the product was completed within the prescribed time, safely and accurately

● Managed a work force with a 75% turnover rate with minimal disruption to safety, quality, cost and delivery

● Consistently ran line at a 92% cost efficiency with a PPM of 16 by closely monitoring production throughput and enforcing set standards
