Job responsibilities
Study the drawings before starting civil work & communication with senior engineer, if any query found.
Final Technical observation of the ongoing day to day activities to ensured implementation of designs and plans on site.
Verification of Bill on actual work as per Principal of measurement.
Preparation of self-micro planning according to project schedule.
Preparation and maintain ISO documents.
Monitoring activities as per project specification.
Interaction & co-ordination with QC department for achieving quality norms.
Ensure the material procurement by giving the requisition before starting the work, and taking the continuous follow-up from purchase and store department.
Reconciliation of Materials.
Giving the details to finalizing the contractors by means of preparing the work estimates, rate analysis.
Preparation of manpower schedule, as per the given activity in month and to minimize labour cost.
