Independently took on the role of Network Operations documentation expert, a job that many assumed to be impossible as the role being documented was varied. This resulted in a reduced error rate and a reduction in time to get new hires up to speed.

Creation of batch file processes for sales and site load files in production.

Certification to WEX ISO standards for new point of sale vendors and host networks. This involved creating test plans, coding the certification, supporting the testing effort, and unit testing the settlement files created during authorization testing.
