December 2014 – July 2015: Master thesis at Helmhotz Zentrum Dresden Rossendorf, Germany.
Responsibilities held: Investigation of faceted semiconductor nanostructures induced by ion irradiation using atomic force microscopy. Statistical analysis and characterization of the ion induced nanostructures obtained on III-V semiconductors by low energy ion irradiation. October 2014–November 2014: Research assistant at Helmholtz Zentrum Dresden Rossendorf, Germany
Responsibilities held: Contact and non-contact atomic force microscopy on highly ordered pyroltic graphite, silicon and GaSb samples, chemical vapour deposition of graphene in ultra high vacuum conditions.
March 2014 –June 2014: Academic Project at Max Bergmann Zentrum, Germany. Responsibilities held: Low temperature scanning tunnelling microscopy of a molecular vehicle implementation of ABP molecule, yield analysis and statistics on molecular manipulation. Implementing temperature controller for the low temperature scanning tunnelling microscopy setup.
