Working as Manager (System Development)–
Achievements: Successfully analyses, design and implement ERP and other projects on various verticals at various locations like Delhi (NCR), Bangalore and abroad – Bangladesh at various locations.
Role: My role is to analyses, mapping, and transformation of the existing system with business process with optimum sustainability and accurately. To generate and provide BI reports so that stringent managerial decisions can be taken.

Worked as an ERP Head –
Achievements: Successfully Implemented Escape-FCA ERP software at 8 locations.
Role: As an ERP Head, I am responsible for Server Configuration, maintaining VPN connectivity, study of Organization Structure/Enterprise Structure, Profile wise user creations and maintaining master level and data level security rights. Software Installation on each and every node. Currently supporting 100 users over WAN/LAN/Telephonically. Also monitoring the data flow, database size, software speed and broadband speed over WAN based architecture. Creating scenario of one user working on multiple company and on multiple database at multiple locations and on multiple module and reports.
Project Details:
1)Plot no 7, Sec-6 (Corporate Office)
Environment: .Net, SQL Server 2008 R2
Responsibilities: Main Server Configuration, Backups, Site Configurations, User Configurations etc
Description: This is the main site. Here First of all I have configured my server for all seven sites. After configuration of sever, we are working to establish WAN based architecture for all these sites. Also configured online / offline Main Server and Local Sever based connectivity over WAN/LAN. Configuring data flow and speed of the software between main server and local sever. Creating user profiles and data level security checks based on Enterprise Structure discussed with Board of Members / all different heads of the concerned units. Create scenario for purchase orders i.e. all po’s are at main site and will shows the PO’s at each and every units. Here the generally data flows from local nodes to main sever but in our case the reverse scenario is implemented the po data goes from main server to all local nodes and save the data at main sever.
2)Plot NO 39, Sec-6 (Yarn/Fabric Ware House- node 1)

Responsibilities: Local Server Configuration, Locally database backups, User Configurations etc
Description: This is my 2nd and very important site. This site is my Yarn / Fabric warehouse. Here firstly I have configure my local sever in online and offline mode means when there is no connectivity with my main server my offline server has been working and there is no hurdle in daily routing working. In short all yarn po’s, all jobber po’s issuing of yarn nd fabric/receiving of yarn nd fabric, Inter branch transfers among all sites, yarn/fabric stock updations, domestic sale of yarn to local purchasers, co-ordinate with external auditors in different and complicated cases of yarn and fabric and giving them full support and also co-ordinate with all concerned users of unit and with ERP team.
3)Plot No-48, Sec-6 (Finance and Accounts – node 2)

Responsibilities: Local Server Configuration, Locally database backups, User Configurations etc
Description: All finance and accounts data are maintained here. Here we are implementing inventory based accounting for all remaining six sites. Here we are maintaining Purchase Invoice of Yarn, Fabric, Gen, Accessories and Jobber invoices of all jobbers. We are maintain the party ledgers, their payments based on inventory data, journal vouchers, cash payment, cash receipts, bank payments, bank receive and maintaining trial balance. Also implementing cost center for all seven sites i.e. unit wise expenditures / expenses / salaries / overheads etc. Having strong co-ordination with Finance Head and if there is any critical update and financial issue discussed immediately with Managing Director and resolve the same on immediate basis.
4)Sec-6/37 F (M/s Shivalik Prints Ltd –node 3)

Responsibilities: Local Server Configuration, Locally database backups, User Configurations etc Description: Configure the local sever in such a way that any user can work for both the companies and on multiple nodes and modules. This is my weaving units and remaining all are knitting units. Here working is totally different as compared of all remaining units. Here there is no use of Yarn and there is no linking of my yarn / fabric warehouse. This unit works independently.
5)Sec-138/24 – Shivalik Prints Ltd (Node -4)

Responsibilities: Local Server Configuration, Locally database backups, User Configurations etc
Description: In this module actual Cost for a particular Style / Buyer can be generated. We first choose which fabric, production trims, packing trim, production process & Logistics are required. After that we enter cost (e.g. Costing Currency, Buyer Currency, Conversion Rate for Currency, Duty, Freight, Rejection, Fix Overheads, Profit Commission, Total Cost etc.) for each raw material/process. Manager / Management can approve or disapprove on line (Via Email). Revision history is maintained.
