Landscape Planning, implementation and management: Was instrumental in deciding the System landscape which consists of Integration system, Consolidation systems, Special development system, multiple Production systems and multiple test systems. Has efficiently managed and controlled this complex landscape with centralized development and customization.
Upgrade Management: Has very successfully managed a very complex upgrade, done simultaneously at three pilot sites, consisting of upgrades from release 3.0D to 3.0F, CIN1.0 to CIN2.0, Windows NT 3.51 to 4.0 and Oracle 7.2 to 7.3. Data migration from CIN1.0 to CIN2.0 was also managed very efficiently through optimization of migration programs.
Disaster Recovery Management: Designed and implemented the methodology for disaster recovery system, considered to be only NT site in Asia.
Database management: Implemented Backup and recovery procedures and also developed procedures for database monitoring and tuning for various productive sites.
