I also determine if it is a supplier issue or an in-house issue, then I determine best course of action to eliminate the defects in timely manner with regards to cost. Record scrap into the computer to determine how much waste was produce.

Inspect quality of all seating components in a manner as to insure proper fix, function, and testing of all components including but not limited to air bags, seatbelts, headrest, electrical systems. Inspect proper torque of bolts and screws as set forth by FMVS Guidelines.
