Office Manager & Administrative Assistant with the Volunteer Resources for HealthPark Medical Center & Golisanio Children’s Hospital of Southwest Florida

Successfully managed the daily operations of the Volunteer Resource office; which supported 1200+ volunteers. Responsible for the entire application process for each volunteer and kept records of their progress monthly, which was entered in the volunteer works program. Instrumental in developing several office procedures & best practices to ensure the office was run efficiently and to support the success of the volunteer program.
