Project: M&A Simulation- Columbia University, New York Mar 2015 - May 2015 Coordinated with other 3 teammates, I conducted WACC analysis to acquire the value per share for each of the company and used comparable analysis to determine the reservation prices. We conducted Monte Carlo Simulation for every M&A assumption among the firms and came up with the WACC and APV for each scenario using VBA. Combined with each firm’s background, we concluded the best M&A strategies for these firms and got full credit for our project. Project: Asset Valuation- Columbia University, New York Oct 2014 - Dec 2014 As the leader of a five-member-team in the asset valuation course project, I was in charge of team building, ideal consolidating, and project planning. The goal of the project was to provide a new portfolio that changes asset allocation from a 60:40 stock to bond to one that was entirely bond.
