We are currently seeking a Software Quality Assurance Manager to join our IT team in Manila. The Software Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for all aspects of testing for the various software applications used by the business. This person will become an expert in the business’s processes and the software systems that are used in servicing home loans. The ideal candidate will be someone with a background in the mortgage industry, a solid understanding of various technology platforms, very strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to learn quickly. The Solution Delivery Services organization is a fast paced and rewarding environment delivering software solutions to various business units. Job Functions:

Set direction for and oversee all software testing activities

Hire, manage and develop a team of quality assurance analysts

Author annual performance reviews for staff

Develop test plans and execute tests for major and minor updates to our software programs including but not limited to our lending platform, imaging platform, customer-facing web portal, and our CRM system

Perform all aspects of testing including functional, regression, load, performance and system testing

Facilitate user acceptance testing with end-users as needed

Create and track system defects and test resolutions to defects

Collaborate with developers, business units, and system analysts & administrators to implementation an automated testing strategy

Escalate to and work with internal software engineering team to identify and resolved defects and support issues

Contribute to knowledgebase articles to address frequently asked questions and best practices for loan origination our other reverse mortgage business applications

Perform all other duties as assigned
