•1999-2015 - R&D on various Software and Service solutions including architecture, design and implementation of Cloud software services based on VMware, KVM and Xen hypervisors, Automation software solutions to automate and streamline security compliance validation and business processes, B2B solutions and advanced search mechanism to support online contracting processes, Monitoring software to enable real-time tracking of business performance and alert generation for different business situations, and B2B e-Marketplaces and Private Trading Exchange applications for catalog shopping, punch-out, online procurement and auction.

•1998-1999 - R&D on Home Networking to explore a family-information-center system to orchestrate the operations of pervasive devices and smart sensors networked in a home environment in order to detect, adapt and coordinate user activities.

•1994-1998 - R&D on Radio Frequency Identification to develop a novel decoding mechanism and algorithm in firmware for a RFID base station receiver with an ISM-band radio and a DSP digital signal processor to detect and decode high-speed moving tag data from multiple batteryless RFID tags.

•1992-1994 - R&D on Simultaneous Wireless Data &Voice System to explore a first programmable communication prototype with a high-speed digital signal processor and a 2.4 GHz radio, capable of handling both data and digitized voice simultaneously.

•1983-1992 - R&D on Thin Film Devices and Processing Techniques involving device modeling, optical characterization, vacuum thin film deposition and chemical processing for phase-shifting masks for sub-micron optical lithography, liquid-crystal shutter-array devices for display and electro-photographic printing applications, and print-head device physics for thermal transfer printing systems.
