Carried out designs, assembles and long term researches on rhesus monkey’s body clock by analysis of behavior pattern and cognitive performance. These included studying the role of melatonin and circadian rhythms of in sleep and cognitive performance in young and aged rhesus monkeys.

Research Project highlights:

Developed LabVIEW programs for 24/7 full-automated data collection (from OS file system, DAQ and serial port), statistical analysis, charting and data archiving.

The whole experiment systems were remotely controlled by VNC and TeamViewer as remote desktop software via internet.

Worked as the person in charge of designing, assembling and maintenance for hardware (included electronic circuit) of an isolated laboratory facility in Boston MA and Sabana Seca (Puerto Rico) that is specialized in experiments on animals.

Analyzed data and developed necessary mathematical models, graphs and charts using research specific computer software.

Wrote published research papers, articles and publications for various national and international journals, magazines and conferences.

Developed Software on LabVIEW

Unified system for data collection analysis, generating graphs and data archives for bio researching.

Data collection and distribution from chip reader via serial port communication.

Specific analysis program for electromyogram, mono neuro-activity, electroencephalograph and any bio signal for bio research.

Many Sub VI units for using universal subroutine
