Work on a contract basis for Toys R Us Times Square location. My duties include store renderings/illustrations as well as visual design (wraps and skins) for the store and its varying departments and brands; all aspects of graphic and visual design as needed. Software used: Indesign CS5, Photoshop CS5, Illustrator CS5, PowerPoint, Word, Acrobat CS5.
SHISEIDO COSMETICS – New York, NY October 2013 – February 2014
My work with Shiseido Cosmetics was contract based and work was both offsite and onsite. Work entailed signage for varying retail outlets, display layouts, illustrations/renderings of product placement, floor plans and other graphic duties. All work done to very specific brand guidelines. Software used: InDesign CS5, Photoshop CS5, Illustrator CS5, Acrobat.

Work on a contract basis for Aegis in the global division offices in London and New York and have worked on several projects including design of marketing materials in the print and publication capacity as well as web based projects, branding and icon design. MACY’S – HERALD SQUARE – New York, NY

I was a freelance employee in the Visual Merchandising Department at Macy’s. Work with vice president/creative planners in varying responsibilities. Store signage, designing full - scale prints for in - store floor displays in Macy’s stores and departments. Illustrating and rendering of store exhibits and fashion lines plus editing and updating of text and existing illustrations of quarterly store display book, icon and visual aid (wayfinder) building are all key responsibilities to the kind of work I was involved in for Macy’s. All projects for Macy’s are deadline driven and produced to meet store standards as well as respective brand guides. Software used: InDesign CS3, Photoshop CS3, Illustrator CS3, Quark 6.5, PowerPoint,Acrobat CS3.

Worked on a contract basis at the main offices of Aéropostale in NYC. Work consisted of a launch campaign for the new Times Square store. All work is graphic design, web and print related. I've also worked on design and production for the Aéropostale website also their social networking campaigns. Work consists of design, production and photo rendering/retouching. Worked with Clownfish on a contract basis on several of their accounts, the most prominent being Tork Paper Company. The work done there was print based and for brochures being design and produced for this European paper company. All work and output adhered to their branding guides and the strict guidelines therein. Other work included pitch based work on several other accounts, including Adidas and Bloomberg. Employed as a freelance designer and production artist for this advertising company. Worked under art director to produce animated GIF and Flash banners for varying clients. Also worked on the development and interface design on varying projects including a major Flash presentation for one of their high level clients. I’ve worked onsite as well as offsite for this NYC ad agency. Work generally consists of resizing multi - layered banner ads for use in Flash, work also consisted of animating GIF/html banners. All work was done according to specifics supplied by art director(s). All work was uploaded to company ftp site for review, and communication was done via phone and e - mail. Maintain and upkeep website for this clothing manufacturer. All work was done off - site (remotely). Work involved illustrating, updating their editorial page, creating Flash slide shows of fashion events and whatever new information needed to be applied to the site. Their site is no longer active. SMITH’S AMERICAN – New York, NY

I video edited press clippings that were used for a marketing video for this clothing company. Work consisted of logging and capturing video clips of newscasts and TV shows from VHS tapes and DVDs pertaining to the company and editing accordingly. All forms of video compositing sound engineering and editing were done in Final Cut Pro 5. Work also consisted of taking Illustrator files and animating them in Flash and exporting for use and composting in Final Cut. Product delivered as a VHS tape format with a two - hour loop as well as CD and DVD. All work done offsite at my own studio. Software used: Final Cut Pro 5, Flash MX, Illustrator and Photoshop.

Work on a freelance basis for this media services company. I am responsi ble for all graphic collateral for Carat and served as their graphic and video designer on a pitch to Proctor&Gamble . Work consisted of 4 - color print material as well as video editing and formatting. All work for Carat is done off - site. FAITH POPCORN BRAIN RESERVE – New York, NY

Worked as a freelance graphic associate for this marketing company, which consisted of creating a large (30” x 48”), detailed, flow chart, which served as the focal point for a pitch to the Campbell’s Soup Company . All work was done off - site and completed to satisfaction on a very tight deadline. Software used: Photoshop, Illustrator and Quark .
UNDERGROUND ENTERPRISES – New York, NY

Contracted on a freelance/contract basis for design, production and layout of concept board game. Project consisted of 3D package design, board game design and layout. The readying for print of game cards (two – sided), rule s and instructions, game pieces, play money, illustrations, and text edits. Color correction, resizing, font creation and reformatting were a strong element. Reformatting being a big responsibility in that it serves as a line of communication with client ( PDF writing) via e - mail. Construction and design duplication in Word for PC – usable letterhead. Software used: Quark, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Fontographer, PowerPoint and Word .
