Coordinate to relevant department in order to consolidate and verify documents needed for validation of subcontractors invoice.
Monitoring subcontractor's invoice to control, reflect variations and initiate actions. These include weekly report submission to show actual PO and invoice cost and request for PR generation to cover the exceeded invoice amount on PO budget.
Preparation and routing of PO coversheet and Payment Coversheet for approval and proper charges.
Preparation of monthly cost allocation based on per project man-hour results.
