A completely new tool that assists account managers to showcase and demo company’s products and services to potential customers. This tool is also used by briefing program managers to schedule the customer visits for single and/or multiple days after that request and schedule speakers for topics’ presentation, arrange logistics, consolidate customer feedback and generate reports for assessment and review purposes.
Roles and Responsibilities
Involved in charting out the complete test plan for the new EBC product developed by the HP.
Wrote end to end test scripts and scenarios for the various modules involved in the application like the VRF, BMT module etc. The wide variety of features supported by the application required developing quite extensive and exhaustive test scenarios.
Used the test scenario to create various test cases for the modules. After development of the module, tested them with the help of test cases to deliver bug free modules.
Did system integration testing for dependent modules to check the correctness of in/out data. Also conducted user interface testing of the application to deliver a user friendly product.
Checked the system integration with the database by running various SQL queries to ensure that right data is getting loaded into the application.
