RECENT ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Set up Aftermarket Business for Flex Shaft Atomizer product, including inventory for replacement parts, and rebuilds, including yearly manufacturing and rebuild forecasting for the company’s service centers. End result was an increase in yearly sales of a very significant amount and growing, and also enabling clients to maintain steady reliability with the equipment.

Was selected by senior management to lead the effort of moving Aftermarket Environmental Parts Group to CT from TN, and contributing to its steady yearly growth.

Identified the opportunity and then led the negotiations for a strategic product agreement and a key supplier of vacuum bonded ceramic and tungsten carbide products. This agreement resulted in millions dollars of new revenue with steady yearly growth.

Won over 20 Inventory and Rebuild Program Contracts for various clients that I presented, and made suggested recommendations to, resulting in millions of dollars of yearly, steady revenue. Received award for saving Electric Energy 1 million in lost generation time.

Developed 36 Illustrated Web Catalogs for various products for ease of identification and quick ordering, resulting in an increase in automated sales.

Created “Standard Selection Worksheets” that I came up with the idea for our equipment products, to aide our sales team help clients quickly identity and accurately determine parts that should be kept in their inventory. This automated the process, and at the same time helped keep up with the demand for the service.

Boiler Services Parts Operations – Product Administrator I, II. Responsible for sales and gross margin of various Boiler OEM Pulverizer product lines. Define client scope by reading blueprints & BOM’s, prepare and issue quotes, place orders, handle rebuilds, select suppliers/manufacturers, learn manufacturing and foundry processes, worked with field Technical Services & Sales colleagues to help develop business strategies, and market pricing.

1990’s - Asea Brown Boveri (purchased Combustion Engineering) – Windsor, CT

Boiler Services Inventory & Supply Management- Program Manager – Prepare presentation material, and travel to various clients and present Inventory Management capabilities. Suggest recommendations for Boiler Products & Services, and work with clients to develop scope of suggested items to be inventoried. Write and issue formal contractual documents and submit to clients. Management duties also included setting up inventory min-max, re-order points, and re-negotiating existing contracts.

2000’s - Alstom Power (purchased Asea Brown Boveri) – Windsor, CT
