MY Role: My designation is IT EXECUTIVE in the company as we have much process, so manage all users in the dc .Checking connectivity across the user and domain and Servers. As we are working with Airtel, Tata DoCoMo Vodafone with apps like CRM, Nortel, Avaya creating new user login ID and mail ID if required reset there password and troubleshoot the hardware and various applications like Nortel, CRM, and CMS etc.
