Provided PM leadership on the creation of a Microsoft cloud-focused support offering that provides Microsoft partners with access to a variety of proactive and reactive services for Azure, Office 365, and CRM Online delivered by Service Account Managers (SAMs) and Partner Technical Consultants (PTCs) to ensure partner needs are met. This project addressed key support requirements for partners who are building practices on Microsoft Cloud Services by delivering support services in a remote, one-to-many, cost-effective way.

Using Business analytics (BI) produced the requirements for the onboarding and training materials in Share point for multiple TCS teams of Cloud IT Deployment managers that managed an annual program portfolio in excess of one billion dollars.
Led an on shore and off shore team of vendors that created a program guide to outline the administrative, core and business specific training for approximately 80 Cloud Deployment Program Managers delivering the infrastructure to support the largest Software as a Service implementation in the U.S.
As the Program manager I led the development of more than 30 training guides using internal BI from existing clients in the areas of program delivery, change and problem management, and a host of tools and processes to maximize program throughput to ensure consistency and quality for deployment program managers.

As an Operations manager for both MSN and adCenter I managed two teams that comprised of both FTE and contractor engineers that provided the applications support from Tier 1-3 level across numerous geographically distributed data centers across the United states which included the build out and configuration of servers and net work devices for numerous services within the MSN and adCenter business space as well as the periodic migration of applications between data centers.
Led 20-member project team using agile project management and ITIL best practices to integrate Microsoft adCenter with Yahoo!
Led team that built out two data center labs that consisted of approximately 1500 servers. These labs were built from the ground up which included the installation of double conversion on line UPS systems, network equipment from Cisco, SAN devices from EMC, AC units, as well as racks for servers and all cabling.
Drove an 18 month project based on business intelligence conducted by my team that led to the implementation of operations center incident management (OCIM) as part of the overall Disaster recovery plan support model for adCenter, reducing the need for internal operations support team which saved the organization approximately $3,000,000 per annum on operational support costs and giving adCenter base-level monitoring support which increased SLA uptime to 98.99%
