Managing all Operation and maintenance activity in Cluster in North Zone of Mumbai circle.
Ensure closing of all service affecting alarm, BER alarm, Down E1, as per TAT provided.
Timely updating of link Diagram, ABIS, ATER, A interface path details.
Timely completion of PM and Battery test of all cell sites and BSCs and keeping site inventory as per ISO.
Tracking of all In-Out Material in cluster and maintaining IOM sheet as per ISO.
Cost optimization by ensuring proper power and fuel bills at BTS, BSC sites and also implement.
Escalation and co-ordination with other operator for any outage/network related issues.
Handover civil sites to vendors after receiving NOC from real estate
Check the readiness of sites after receiving RFI from civil vendors.
Supervise BTS installation and Microwave work done by vendors to get it completed within target date.
To get frequency plan from R.F team to create databases of new sites in order to integrate on time.
Making proposals with the coordination of Technical team and Interact with Client and the technical team to act as a bridge and help whenever required also Resolving client grievances with technical team.
Survey with IBS team to check the feasibility of sites, Survey with other operators for sharing of sites (Airtel, Vodafone, VIOM, Reliance, Idea, TATA).
Planning removal of repeater in coordination with RF and IBS team, Coordinating with customers and RM for installation of new repeater at customer sites.
Worst cell identification coordinating with R.F for its resolution, Periodic feedback from R.F engineers to resolve the customer complaints.
